Waar gaat jouw hart als ondernemer sneller van kloppen??
Ondernemen en ondernemen vanuit je passie kunnen twee totaal verschillende dingen zijn. Dat is de reden dat ik deze blog met jullie deel.
Nu zou je kunnen denken, ja maar ik doe toch waar ik goed in ben? Ja dat klopt en je kunt daar als ondernemer ook heel succesvol mee zijn. Maar mensen veranderen en idealen veranderen. Durf jij jezelf de vraag te stellen: “Waar staat mijn hart nu echt van in vuur en vlam?!”
Ik wil je vragen om hier echt even bij stil te gaan staan en de tijd te nemen om deze vraag een paar keer aan jezelf te stellen. Misschien kom je iedere keer op andere antwoorden uit. Of doe je nu al wat je het liefste doet. Maar het kan ook zijn dat er steeds één duidelijk antwoord komt en dat dit antwoord anders is dan waar je nu met je business druk mee bezig bent. Schrik hier niet van, want ik kan je vertellen dat je echt niet de enigste bent. Wat ook de uitkomst is hou jezelf hierin scherp.
Waarom is deze vraag dan zo belangrijk? Je hartsverlangen en je passie samen maken het namelijk dat je met vertrouwen een krachtige energie uitstraalt, waarmee je ook de juiste klanten aantrekt. Als jij deze passie, enthousiasme en bezieling uitstraalt voelen mensen en dus ook je klanten dat. Klanten gaan dan naar je toe komen, als jij jezelf laat zien. Je zichtbaarheid is erg belangrijk en je kunt jezelf op verschillende manieren zichtbaar maken. Doe dit op een manier die bij je past. Hierbij mag je jezelf ook wel uitdagen om meer zichtbaar te worden, want velen vinden dat nog wel eng.
Het mag voor je gevoel best een beetje “schuren” want waar het wringt ontstaat glans!! Daag jezelf uit.
Wie is je ideale klant, kruip in de huid van je ideale klant. Waar kun je je ideale klant treffen? Of welk magazine of social media kanaal is favoriet van je klant? Zorg dat je daar zichtbaar wordt.
Als mensen je zien en je “vuur en vlam” voelen dan komen ze vanzelf naar jou toe!
Hoe fijn is dat ?! Je bent als een magneet die de juiste mensen aantrekt. En het heeft nog een groot voordeel, want jij kunt je gewoon volledig focussen op wat jij het allerliefste doet. Geen getrek aan klanten, geen (koude) acquisitie. Koude acquisitie is inmiddels echt uit en niet meer van deze tijd!!
